Just heard a soundbite of Billick saying that the crowd was instrumental in the latter part of the game to keeping SD off balance. He said it may sound cliche, but the 12th man helped out tremendously at the end.GOOD JOB FANS!!!

I'm still suffering from a bad cough from the Raiders game.Didn't help almost losing my voice at the tailgate singing Raven songs, before I actually went into to holla those Raiders out of their pads.

So my voice is still in recovery.{I'm a lightweight}.

I think the crowd noise at the end of the game was out right as loud as it's ever been. Frankly I think the Chargers ran a hurry up offensive hoping to keep the crowd out.

(Any and all spelling and grammar mistakes are in no way related to the bottle of wine I just finished.)

I'm so hoarse now, I have to whisper to be heard. Great crowd response in the 4th Q final 4 minutes (except for those few idiots screaming while on offense).

Loudest. Ravens. Crowd. Ever.

Not so, Fletch: 2000 season - Jax and the Denver playoff game.

But the noise on the ramps, especialy the "Heap" cheers, was the liveliest exiting crowd since that Jax game.

I know, I was so f*cking pissed with the idiots who began to cheer on offense. God, our fans are clueless.

I would definitely agree with you Mr. T -- the Jax and Denver games were louder, but I was very glad to hear the stadium as loud as it was today.

As for the idiots who can't STFU while we are on offense - DON'T COME TO THE GAME IF YOU DON'T KNOW THE RULES!

Section 130, where I was sitting was off the wall. Man, I can barely talk after this game. I try, and my voice just gives out.

After the game, I was just high-fiving so many people leaving the stadium. People were signing: Let's go Ravens, let's go! And man...it was just outstanding.

I think some folks were cheering cause Ray was on the screen. He was kind of asking for the cheers.

This is the 1st time since Jax 2000 that the crowd was cheering like that after the game.

My congratulations to all who are hoarse now. Awesome. I have NEVER heard a 'Defense' chant on TV as that one today near the end of the game. Ya did me proud, people.

Yes the stadium was loud today, not the loudest but the last few mins was pretty close. other games have a had a more continous loudness to them.

I blame the ravens video personel a slight bit for showing ray on the screen while the offense is on the field....what else are people going to do but get loud for him....they need to put up that "Quiet- offense at work" video.

But agree with the Jax game comparison, one of the loudest post game exits..

I miss going to the games. I FELT the crowd get louder at the end. I still miantain we've got some of the best goddamn fans in the NFL, I could give a fuck what some assholes in the media say. Our fans are fucking great and the opposing team KNOWS IT.

You guys were VERY impessive. I was laughing to myself as I listened to it thinking, boy Baltimore is going to very quiet tomorrow because everyone is leaving it all at M&T.

I agree with Jonathan Ogden I'm getting to old for this. Both of my boys had to miss the game because of work and school and both asked me after the game if the stadium was rockin and I couldn't answer them. I lost my voice. I think it was the loudest ever. In my section near the end zone(east end) you could feel the stadium rockin and our seats are just under cover so the sound was bouncing off the upper deck. I also stopped long enough to look around the stadium during the celebration. Inspiring!!

I agree Fade, I miss going too. Nine and a half years never missed a home game.
I felt the energy too, and you could certainly hear it on the TV.

The last 3 or 4 minutes was the loudest I have ever heard. I almost had a heart attack from yelling at the people doing the "Here we go Ravens, Here we go!" chant....while we were on offense!!! These are probably the same dumb asses who tell you to sit down when the Ravens are on defense :eyes:

My hands are sore and my throat is hoarse. But there was actually an argument in my section when we got the ball back. The guy behind me was telling everone to be quiet since we were on offence, and the idiots behind him said "we need to be loud to let the team we are behind them". :grbac:
