I wasn't sure about this move but tonight McGahee is showing that our running game was dragged down by Jamal. Both Musa and McGahee are running much better than Jamal has in years and we are actually seeing screens now (that is as much about the OL as the RB).

Now if we could just learn to hold onto the ball.

Way Better!

Totally better. He runs better inside, outside and catches better. If not for the...frankly, odd turnovers, we own this game

Uh, I don't know what you are talking about but you have another post above, there have been ZERO deletes in this thread. This software saves them so moderators can review and even put them back in and there are none.

100% Good move by the FO. Also kudos to Jason Brown for acrobatically leaping & diving on that McGahee fumble.

Kudos to Jason Brown for being our best offensive lineman tonight. Wasn't just straight ahead like last year either, we got him moving inside and pulling through holes and he did real well. I can't wait to get my DVD of this game to watch him again.

Unless I'm mistaken, that was Musa who fumbled that ball...

It was Smith.

McGahee ran hard and well as did Smith.

One of the lone positives from the game was how good the running game looked.

Shame the genius didn't call on McGahee and Smith more. Game may have been different.

Yep...Billick seems to be a big fan of abandoning what is working.

As the season goes on we will see that McGahee is way better for this team.

Jamal slowed down a couple of years ago. The Ravens finally made the move and got rid of him. By the end of the season all Ravens fans will be very happy that the Ravens made the move :glasses:
