Great clip, and I can tell you as a former player there is nothing like having your coach get all jacked up before a game, and I'm sure Billick is nothing like that, he is probably putting our guys to sleep with all that mumble jumble he spits out.

PACINO is the Absolute Greatest! That is the kind of motivational speech this team needs! BB is too 'business-like' - he needs to get the juices flowing! The 'ol '2x4' speech prior to the Titans playoff game is where he needs to return. Over the years he has become too civilized. He treats football as such; rather, he needs to kick ass, and remember that football is a sport where only the toughest and most disciplined team wins - xs and os baby. Maybe, the Ravens can play Pacino's talk on the big screen prior to each home game!?
