I think he's referring to the reputation points?
Click on User CP to see latest reputation points people have given you. Posters can give one another good and bad points based on their posts. You click on the scales icon in a post to add points. At least that's how I understand how it works.
Maybe a mod could clarify?

Ha. Each poster has a certain amount of points that he can give out in any given period. How many you have is based on your post count, tenure on the site and a few other contributing factors including how many reputation points you have been given by others.
It is quite the brilliant system.
Once you give a particular member a point, you cannot give him any more until you have given 20 (I think that is how I set it) points to other members.
It is practically impossible to 'load up' on a member because of this.

Reputation points suck.
They only divide people, not bring them together.
(Hope my reputation doesn't suffer because of that statement...:o )

I'm not shedding any tears about it either. I'm glad that they put an end to it. No more green and red people, hooray!
