I fully intend to take a newspaper along and read it on top of my keyboard if it's like that. It's all red tape and ticking boxes, utterly boring but has to be done, means I can't go to London and get drunk to "celebrate" Thanksgiving though. :thumbdown:

The best part is the Lions are involved in a meaningful game this year so I won't be asleep by halftime!

Then again, the other 2 games are dogs.

Sometimes I wish the NFL would make the 2 late games flexible and get some good matchups.

At the school I work for we did a Thanksgiving tree and posted what we were thankful for. Here is my list: Football, coffee, chips & dip, my dogs (even though they are insane) and good books.

Of course I'm thankful for Fanatic who is the only person I know who loves me for who I am and for my children who drive me to distraction but who are the true joys of my life.

Finally, I am thankful for having an extened family (you guys) who are as obsessed and kooky as I am about one of the best things in the world . . . . football :thumbup:
