On Wednesday, quarterback Ben Roethlisberger said a Falcons defensive player he wouldn't name taunted him about his surgically repaired face before sacking him - the play in which the Super Bowl-winning quarterback received a concussion.

I really hate the fact that these crybaby's are in the division..... First, they complained about the officiating (when after the SB they told the Seahawks to stop their bitching) and now this.... Face it shitsburgh, you cant stand loosing because football is all your pathetic city has. Your city and lives depend of that of a steeler season. Ive read on other boards that steelers fans actually see them going 8-2 from here on out.... THATS TOTAL BS.
it never seems to end with these cornballs

The Steelers seem to want to have it both ways...a way they can win but not have to play. Why don't you show up and be a man about it. So you got taunted, big whoop. Ignore the calls from the playground and show them what you got. Sheeshhh, did Cower forget to wipe Ben's behind or what??? And that TD in the Super Bowl was fake...your ugly, raggy beard crossed the line; not the ball.

What he probably said to Rumplestilskin was that if he was going to have his whole face rebuilt, he wouldn't have picked one nearly that ugly.
And that would be a natural fact . . . not a taunt. :bag:

I think WE are making a bigger deal out of this than there is. The media is taking this story and running with it and we seem to have no problem following them off the cliff like lemmings.
This isn't even a story.

Nope. Rooney got fined $25K for his remarks about the game. Stealers actually DID make a big deal about it

LOL! Rooney was fined primarily for his comments regarding the 10 second run-off, not the non-call of helmet-to-helmet contact on Big Ben.

Rooney was happy with the officials handing him a Super Bowl though.
 to the Steelers as always.

That would be quite an amazing feat seeing as how they only have NINE games left to play!

Pittsburgh is such a loser city. That's why so many of them live and work in Baltimore. They wouldn't even make minimum wage up there.
As far as their football team, I would love to see us beat them twice, particularly on Christmas Eve. Maybe there will be a ton of Ravens fans up at Heinz Field.
Big Ben is not a great quarterback. He was very lucky to have the players he had the past few years, but now there are gone. Other teams have figured him out and I do think he is fearful of being hurt again. Teams know this and will go after him big time. I predict that before the season is over, Cowher will make a quarterback change and Charlie Batch will be in charge of their offense.

they really miss the "BUS", fast Willie Parker is a good RB but they need that change of pace type back that Bettis brought to them last season, without that Big Ben is exposed, they are in deep trouble imho
