What happens if the Ravens (God forbid) lose out and BB is kept on? This guy is going to camp out on the roof of a bar until September? sheesh.

He says in the article he will come down for the offseason and return next september.
Is this something people do in all cities when there sports teams struggle or is this now officialy a Baltimore tradition?

"Stack plans to remain atop his perch 23 hours each day, leaving for only one hour to take care of personal obligations. He is hopeful that Ravens fans throughout Baltimore will stop by and say hello and share some holiday cheer."
Obviously being married and paying rent/mortgage and working do not fall into those "personal obligations" :rolling:

By that logic so is Sports Steve, Fanman, Captain Defense, etc...
(Please note: I do NOT think any of the above mentioned fans are idiots or attention whores, I am simply defending tgotr.)

That's not my perspective at all. I've met or at least talked to all of those guys and they are just fans who celebrate being a fan on a different level than the rest of us.
The Doof is simply doing his tired rooftop act to get attention. All I had to do was watch a "news" segment to see that.

Is he connected with the bar that he is perched atop?

I would guess there is a barstool inside with his permanent ass-print on it. How is that for attached?

Well, i guess we will see him up there next season. A cold two looong weeks 4 him.

I drive by him everyday. he seems like a nice enough guy. I don't think he'll be up there next season. By then people may be living in those new 750K rowhomes behind the bar. They may have a problem with a guy pitching a tent right outside of their living room window.

Maybe he could get some charity going with his stay on the roof.Otherwise
the guy has to get a life.

I went for a more plausable and workable (yet just as meaningless) activity. I decided 5 weeks ago I would not shave and I now have quite the beard going. Hopefully we grab a win soon!
I wont last past New Years, win or lose.

I just got around to reading about this today, and I totally agree with what camdenyard wrote. He might be a nice guy, but he also seems like an idiot begging for attention.
Enjoy yourself on the roof, pal. I don't feel sorry for you, nor should anyone.

I guess if you're 18 years behind in child support, camping on a roof and appearing on local news might not be the way to go.

Kelly Clayton married Ronald Stach in 1990, and they had a son together, she said. They split up when their son was about 7 months old. She said she left him because he refused to work
That's why when she saw her former husband talking about how he had spent $500 on Ravens memorabilia and clothing, she said to herself in frustration: "He can pay all that money for Ravens stuff, but he can't pay $50 a week for child support?"
What a loser? Why did he have to be a ravens fan?

This guy was either begging to be arrested or he's simply one of the biggest morons on this continent.
And how the hell did he get away with being 18 years behind on child support until now?

I consider myself a diehard Ravens fan but honestly, anyone who is willing to sit on a roof until his team wins again has some issues to begin with. This article doesn't surprise me one bit. Kudos to his exwife for outing this loser.

This website should not be giving this guy anymore attention. The man is a criminal for not supporting his children. I hope he either goes to jail or they place a lien on everything he owns until all the money is repaid to his former wife. He is more than a loser. He has wasted decades of his life and ruined others' lives by his actions.

Buhahahahaha ....
This story made its way all the way to Texas. This dude is a joke and the perfect punctuation mark on this season.
ravenwoman, when he was just some nut on a roof I would have agreed with you.
Now that we know he is a scumbag making babies and taking off I think we should give him plenty of publicity and attention.
And how the hell did he get away with being 18 years behind on child support until now?
By not having a job that could be attached.
