Sorry, don't have a link, it was reported on 98 Rock this morning with keith mills...

After shaving his mohawk, CJ's already taking aim at Ray Lewis, saying he's going right after Ray Lewis, he's going to smoke him, etc...

BUT, the response from Ray was the best. He said something along the lines of "You know, that just feels like my baby son saying 'I'm going to beat you in basketball, daddy'. It's cute and all, but it ain't going to happen."

I nearly drove off the road I was laughing so much.

Chad is what he is. The guy talks, but so far hasn't backed it up this season. I wouldn't take this too personal. I think him and Ray are supposedly really good friends off the field and talk on the phone a lot.

Apparently Ray and Chad are friends, so it's apparently just a little good-natured ribbing. Unlike the TO mocking of the Ray dance, at least Chad is saying thinks to Ray's face and not behind his back.

The best way to shut Chad up is to shut him down this Sunday.

Everytime I see one of these clowns pulling a stunt or opening his mouth, I shake my head.

These guys must burn the midnight oil just figuring out ways to make headlines and look like bigger as*holes than they already are.

JHC, just play football already, and let your play make your statements for you!

Chad's smack would be more interesting if he were backing it up. So far this year, he hasn't.

Chad is going to talk. He has had some great games against us. We just have to play our game and not get caught up with what he is saying. Until we shut him down he will continue to talk smack about us.

T.J. Houshmandzadeh is the best WR on the Bengals. So Chad can keep blowing smoke out of his piehole. Ray is spot on with his comeback though.

Do you see Marvin Harrison or Rod Smith from Denver acting like all these clown wr's do? No,they have class and go about their business.

The only way to shut his big mouth is by handling him on the field, so far the Ravens haven't been able to do that. If the Bengals are smart they will put him on Rolle, that will cure his "slow start".

I just hope the Ravens secondary takes the Bengals seriously and forgets about all of the other nonsense going on. Otherwise, they will have the last laugh. He who laughs last, laughs best.

Well, they torched us last year, especially in Cincy, so the secondary will have to step up this week. We have not played well against them in the past two years, and it's largely because our defense has not slowed down their passing game. This will be an interesting test.

I am worried there won't be a middle ground. We'll either shut down their passing game entirely, or we'll get torched. The key is getting pressure on Palmer and not giving him time to make those throws or giving Chad, TJ and Henry time to get open. I think we'll be able to do that because their O-line has been suspect all year.

Our biggest problem may be keeping whoever Rolle is covering from being open all day.

You guys would think CJ is the funniest guy on the planet if he were on the Ravens...

I love CJ's talk, and I think it's great for the league. He's funny and interesting and he's a great player. And don't dis what sort of year he's having, cause he's typically lit us up. So we can gloat and say he's having a garbage year if/when we shut him down. Till then, he's dangerous and coming off an 80 yard one TD game.

I did think Chad's response when asked about Bart Scott was hilarious:
"He's out there hurting people intentionally, so I think I need to stay away from him."

I really think Chad is a breath of fresh air for the Bengals who are well-known for the Ickey Shuffle during the 80s...

He keeps the fans on their toes and everyone around the league watching the Bengals to see what he'll come up with next...And his antics are purely comical and not of the vicious or meanspirited variety, so it's cool...

Now hopefully Chris McAllister can keep his jockstrap in place this time when he matches up with Chad...:(

One BIG difference this year is their Oline is seriously banged up,so if we get pressure on Palmer it will make things a lot easier on the secondary.

Im not worried at all about this game for some reason,I think we are going to just flat out pound it and the Bungles wont have the ball enough of the game to really light up the scoreboard.

It is not Ray who will put the smack down on Chad, Watch for Bart or Adalius to rock his world.

I'm not as worried about Johnson as I am about T.J.

I see a game plan with a lot of running coming from our offense just to keep the ball away from Cincy. We don't want to get into a shooting match with them cause we ain't coming out on top if that happens. :nerd:

I'm in agreement w/PSU, CJ makes the league fun, even Ray thought it was funny what he said, nothing wrong w/it imho.....
