Yes he is.. He also was the first person with the idea to build a new stadium in the exact place where Camden Yards is today.. This was back in like 1972..

This town was slow to react to building new stadiums and that is why we lost the Colts and almost lost the Orioles to Washington.
Had our government officials been more pro active to the professional sports teams, we would still have the Colts here and we wouldn't have had to suffer 14 seasons without football.
We better wise up before we lose the Preakness....

We lost the Bullets for the same reason.. With reguards to the Preakness.. Horse Racing is a dead sport in this country.. I wouldnt spend money on Pimlico unless its from slots..
