OWINGS MILLS, Md. The Baltimore Ravens have officially ruled out Ray Lewis for Sunday's game against the Atlanta Falcons. The veteran linebacker underwent a minor surgical procedure to have a pocket of blood drained from his swollen back earlier this week.
