Jamal was his usual oaf today, but he'll get all the credit
In spite of one screwup, it was Sams that got us that win.

And sadly, he might not get special-teams player of the week because of a couple of dudes who had returns for TDs

Respectfully disagree that Jamal was an "oaf".

Jamal wasn't very good for 1/2-3/4 of the game, but the last part he was great. Arguable if Musa/MA could do better or the same in that span.
Still would rather see Musa. But hey, buy that BJ Sams a shot!

Just take away his car-keys first...:grbac:
Seriously, BJ had a hell of a game today. Some might say he shoulda taken at least one of his returns to the house, but I'm very happy with the field position he gave us.
Game ball indeed!

Jamal had a terrific second half, not taking that way from him. My game balls:
Offense- Chester
Defense- Pryce
Special Teams- Sams

You know your team is good when the only thing people can find to complain about is the KR/PR,like I have heard on sports radio recently.
People calling for Clayton and anyone else who isnt Sams is beyond me,he is one of the best KR/PR in the NFL,I think he is top five in one of the two return categories.

the whole Offense stunk in the first half (except maybe the receivers); the whole O looked terrif in the second...I think I'd rather have 3 or four 35-40 yard returns, than one 80 or so for the touch. if the O is any good, giving them the short field will get us points...apparently, Sams DID get the NFL Spec Tms Player of the Week.
personally, I'd prefer to see more Musa the next few games. looks to me like JLewis is making decent runs, but nothing special.
