It is possible that only Billick can run his offense. Since we are 5-0 since he has taken over as OC, I think Billick should continue calling his own plays. If it ain't broke, don't fix it. Even if it costs us Rick Neuheisel (who, I know, was promised the OC job), Billick should remain as the HC/OC.

But he has said that being both HC and OC is a lot of work and for that reason alone he might not want to continue pulling double duties.
It might very well be unsustainable in the long run.

I agree at a minimum he should continue to call all of the plays. I don't care if it's too much work. He gets paid 4.5 million. It should be a mandate if he wants a contract extension. Let him delegate some of the planning to the assistants, but he should control it all on game day.
