Way back in the sultry days of summer, the chic pick for Super Bowl XLI was the Miami Dolphins vs. the Carolina Panthers. As recently as two weeks ago, Roman-numeral logic long since had shifted to a presumably juicy meeting between the Indianapolis Colts and the Chicago Bears. Now? Try this one: the Dallas Cowboys against the Baltimore Ravens.
