Can't say it's a surprise after yet another scrape. All the talent to be a #1 WR, pity (well, not really, it's his own fault) he's a complete tool.

According to my insider source at profootballweekly special operations department, Jerry Jones has expressed interest in signing the troubled receiver to a long term contract. . .
Looks like Cincy is getting fed up with their players getting into trouble. Now if they could only shut Chad up.

I have to agree. You'd figure he would clean up his act and try to get a good payday by NFL standards.

So the old maxim goes: "You never realize what you have until you don't have it anymore.".
Of course, given the inherent jackassness/stupidity of this idiot, he probably still doesn't/won't ever get it.

I think it'd be a great idea that if I had the talent to do something that millions of people would want to watch me do and people would be willing to pay millions of dollars for me to do it, I would be stupid enough to f*ck that all up by doing stupid sh*t outside that work.
Hell, pay a couple bucks for a psychologist to get yourself right in the head and keep you from getting those "I'm an idiot" urges.
What a waste of talent... It almost makes me cry, like seeing someone blow up a beautiful car in a movie. WTF?

I dont think Jerry Jones, or any owner for that matter, will have a say in the matter.
If they follow the Pacman Jones precedent, Chris is going to go buh-bye for at least a season.

I'm sure Jerry will be willing to wait for him, after all he has TO..

Sorry, but TO and Henry aren't comparable at all IMO.
When has TO been arrested?
Henry's run ins with the law are too many to count now.
TO may be a jerk, but he's no Chris Henry.

LOL -- yeah, I guess Marvin draws the line at FIVE arrests.

Now let's see how many more thugs will be removed from the team before they even start the season!
The 24-year-old wide receiver -- who was arrested a whopping four times in a 14-month span and suspended for half of last season by the NFL --
4 times? Good Lord he needs help! All of that money you have and you choose to spend your free time behind bars. Kiss all of that money bye bye!
And everyone says B-More is filled with thugs. BLAH!

Didnt he burn us for a couple of TD's last season?
Cincy is going to go from bad to worse if this keeps up.

Where did I say anything about TO being in the same catagory as Henry? All I said was I was sure Jerry would wait for Henry (assuming he is suspended from the league) because he has TO. Please don't put words in my mouth. :eyes:

I agree with PP. Maybe a clarification is in order on your end. I read your comments the same was as PP.
By saying that, you're putting them up as equals. TO, while a total asshole, has never been arrested so to make the comparison just doesnt fit.
Henry is a 5 time arestee and about as close to a career criminal as you can get.

AZ.
I'm quoting you again because maybe I misunderstood.
But the quote above certainly put Henry and TO in the same category IMO.
