Just throwing this out there in case anyone knows.
My friend and I recently went in half on a pair of PSL's (one PSL for each of us). He got them through the online PSL Marketplace, with both in his name. After the sale went through, we tried to submit a PSL transfer form to the Ravens to get one of the seats put in my name.
I had an account set up with my email address on the Ravens site, and my friend's account then only showed the 1 seat and not the one we transferred to me. I have yet to get any package in the mail from the Ravens, nor an invoice for my seat. When my friend called, he keeps getting a guy who says you need to wait a year after you get it before you can transfer a PSL.
Problem is, it says nothing about this anywhere on any Ravens site or publication, and the PSL Marketplace even says in their FAQ's that if you have multiple people who are bidding to have one person buy them and then do a transfer afterwards.
Anyone ever heard of this supposed one year wait to do a transfer? And would showing up at the Ravens office do any good? It seems the customer service reps who work the phones are brain dead morons who can't answer anything.

I sold 2 of my PSL's last year.
They only process the applications twice a year and I think you may have missed the cut off. The dude who used to have the PSL's will most likely get sent the tickets even though you paid for them.
I would get in touch with that person and let them know what's going on. PSL transfers on that marketplace site are legit and Im sure he will be more then happy to work with you in getting the tickets in your hands.

When you log in to your br.com account, does it show your seat number when you go to check invoices, etc? It sounds like the system has registered the fact that your friend requested that just the one seat go in his name, and as it sounds like you have completed all the paperwork with the previous owner and that the transfer from him to you guys has already taken place. As the seat can't just disappear, I'd guess you've done what you needed to do to get the seat transferred to your name.
When you bought the PSL's, did you pay for the season tickets as well? If so, you won't get any invoice in the mail. If you didn't, has your friend got an invoice and was it for one seat or two?

HoustonRaven - both PSL's were transferred to my friend and he verified both seats were in his name. The issue is with transferring one seat to me. Also, it says the cutoff for transfers is May 15th for the tickets to apply to the new licensee for this upcoming season.
Fells - There is nothing on my br.com account other than my name. Under invoices it says "No invoices exist for this account". My friend had the invoices for both seats under his account and he paid for half (which would be for the one seat). Then when we did the transfer, only the one seat showed up under his name and it said he was paid in full. I had the br.com account created for me but with no invoices listed yet.
Then today the Ravens charged my friend another $300 even though his seat was paid and he only had the one seat listed on his invoice. When he called, the guy he talked to said something about having to wait a year after you initially acquire the PSL to do a transfer, then he disappeared for awhile and changed his account so both seats now show up on his name again.
I'm just frustrated because we sent this transfer over in February and it seemed like we were making progress but I think this CR rep on the phone screwed something up. I'm tempted to call until I can get a supervisor.
There is nothing that says you need to wait a year, but this guy on the phone says "well we'll have to change that". :229031_confused2:

In that case, damned it I know. Looks like they're making it up on the fly.
My main concern would have been losing the seat due to non-payment. As both seats are back under your friend's name then I'd just settle up with him and get things squared away (assuming you trust him!) and then tackle the problem with the Ravens.
Maybe if you call again you'll get someone with a more functional brain.

That's what we're going to do. He's going to keep making the payments and I'll settle up with him if we can't get it straight.
We might go down to the stadium in person at lunch next week and not leave until we talk to someone who knows what they're doing.

My brother bought the seats next to me. Two older guys had been in them. One decided he was finished so he transferred his to the other. After one season he decided he too was done.
My brother is paying for the seats but they can't transfer the PSLs because that single transfer was less than a year ago. Once that year is up then the transfer will happen.
It is their policy that you wait a year to keep "flippers" out of the PSL game.

Hmmm, interesting. I wish they'd clearly state that then on the web page, and the PSL Marketplace shouldn't tell people to buy in one person's name and then transfer if the Ravens have this policy.
Thanks for the info, Greg.
