Is going to be the first poster to say, we are still 9-3 it could be worse. This is a good loss, it will wake the team up.

To those posters with that line of thinking, no loss is a good loss

***DISCLAIMER***
I am extremely pissed that this team got beat by a team that obviosly wanted a hell of a lot more then they did.

I was expecting a loss, but I was hoping we'd put at least a few points on the board

Edit: w00t!

You are over reacting.

You won't hear it from me. I am not really surprised we lost, I half expected it. After the way we played Sunday with such intensity and then hearing how soft practices were this week I expected us to be flat/soft and we were. It was obvious from the get go that Cincinnati wanted it a whole lot more than we did, I guess they wanted to prove TJ right. We had a chance tonight to drive a stake through the Bengals hearts and instead we gave them mouth to mouth. I am really disappointed in their performance this game wasn't anywhere near as close as the score would indicate.

The test will be how we react to it. We need to come out and dominate KC next week. We do that, we're fine. We don't, then there's problems.

This isn't a disaster cause we had a three game cushion. No one wanted to lose this game. But it's not the end of the world, and we need to bounce back strong from this one...

is going to be the first to post a "sky is falling thread".

Oh there you are 0587. Way to step up.

Look, nobody is happy we lost but it's not that big of a deal. We came out the number 2 seed in the AFC and the Bengals were fighting for their play-off lives.

We played un-inspired football while the Bengals played with passion. We still only lost by the final of 13-7 in their house.

Im not saying the sky is falling, but the #1 seed might be out of reach now. We might have to settle for #2 which is still good, but I had my eye on home field advantage.

I'm not saying it's the end of the world, it's just the way this team had played this year I am dissapointed.

Wouldn't surprise me if they were already looking ahead to the few days of rest and the KC game. This game for most was a Loss from the start of the season due to knowing that the Steelers game would be a rough and physical battle. Would love to have won the division last night and then focus on getting home field advantage for the playoffs but hey, there are still four games left and this team thrive on making the playoffs in the last few weeks of the season (2000, 2003).

We are 9-3 and it could be worse. We got beat by a team who eliminated our strengths. Stop looking at one god damn game and focus on the whole season! At the beginning of the season did you really think that we would sweep the Bengals? If you say yes than you are a liar. Most intelligent Ravens fans know that splitting with the Bengals would be 1 step in having a good season. They have too many weapons.

They lost. It is not a good thing but it is what it is. They are still 9-3 and in a great position for the rest of the season.

Pressing the panic button every time we suffer a loss isn't our best move as fans...We must understand that our guys are gonna have their ups and downs and will lay an occassional egg against a divisional opponent.

Our record is such that we still dictate our future and that's what's important. With the kind of character we have in our locker room I don't think there will be a repeat performance next week in KC.

I could go without seeing anymore Rainy Nightgames, this team is snakebitten.

Last Nights game was almost a carbon copy of the Denver game.

Maybe Billick should have them turn on the sprinklers for practice once in awhile to acclimate them.

First seed, Second seed, Third seed, I'll be happy we made the playoffs. Christ, some people can't be pleased no matter what. Nobody on this board thought we'd be 9-3 at this point. Hmmm, 5-1 in the last 6 games. Yep, we're done!!! :261695:
