I kinda liked it. I planned a trip to the Poconos around this weekend. It was nice relaxing in my in-room pool with my sweetheart, not getting stressed out over football.

Some of you guys need to expand your horizons!

I totally agree!!! AND Thursday football is a CRIME! Just because the NFL network wants to have their own games to air, is no reason to change the outcome af a season. Not every team has to play on a thursday, and the travelling team is at a greater disadvantage even than the home team !! This is still a sport, it is not strictly entertainment! The NFL should be on JUST SHUT UP!!!!

This is why I don't get the lolve affair folks have with wanting more national games. Give me Ravens games every Sunday at 1:00pm or 4:00pm and I am good.

Those national games are littered with so many commercials that I wish I could delete them like popups on the internet. (Can someone invent a commercial blocker for TV?) It seemed that after every down (during the Ravens/Bengals) there was a commercial.

That's about right, there were so many damn commercial breaks thursday, I actually switched to geico hoping it'd shut 'em up.
I do wish they'd play that great commercial again this year, the one with the guys singing "It's the most wonderful time of the year, all season we've waited our faces are painted, the playoffs are here!!" Why do they have to stop on the year our boys are kicking ass?

I agree with Tspot. It is horrible. It's bad enough playing away on Sunday, since I go to all of the Ravens games at M&T. I like 1 PM games at home. That's the way all Sundays should be.

Thursday night games should be moved to Friday and it should be every other team but the Ravens!!
