OWINGS MILLS — The Baltimore Ravens are helping to finance a $1 million renovation of the football stadium at Baltimore’s Mervo High. Among the contributors are team owner Steve Bisciotti, cornerback Chris McAlister, the Ravens’ community foundation and the NFL Youth Football Fund.
