BEREA, Ohio — Cleveland Browns quarterback Charlie Frye gripped the football and proceeded through drills yesterday, but he didn’t do any throwing. It is looking more and more as if backup quarterback Derek Anderson will get his second start Sunday against the Baltimore Ravens.
