I like that as the all black unis are my favorite. I will sure enough wear my brand authenic Steve McNair black jersey given to me for Christmas.

:iagree: They SUCK!! No purple and they are the ugliest design....Purple needs to be our basic color...:kewl: Maybe black jersey and purple pants just may work....and you can't tell the number of the player, the names and the # no. are too dark!!!

I love the purple jersey with the black helmet and white pants. It doesn't try too hard to look tough, but it just is.

The Ravens are wearing the Black Uniforms for this Sunday's game. It doesn't mean they will wear them in the playoffs. It's for this Sunday against the Bills.

Just heard on WNST at 7 am. We will all black for Sunday, but NOT in the Playoffs.

Time to dust off the black jersey. Everyone should wear black on Sunday, even if you don't have a jersey. Maybe we should bring our white rags. That would look great on TV.

I am not a big fan of the all black uniforms, but if we're going to do it, let's do it for the Bills. I'd hate to jinx our playoff chances by breaking out those things.

i thought they had to have the jerseys approved by the league in order to wear them during the season. From what i saw at the beginning of the year they were not set to wear them at all during the regular season. I hope we wear them this week, i personally like the all black jerseys witht the Halloween movies theme playing over the PA.

Apparently the players asked the organization to call the NFL and see if they'll let the team wear the Black jerseys for the game on Sunday. Looks like they said YES so it will be a Dark New Years Eve for the Buffalo Bills.

The all black uniforms of the Ravens are awesome. It is the best uniform they have. All white uniforms are dull and boring and quite overdone. Those all black uniforms are intimidating and it is hard for our opponents to detect our fast moving defenders.

I wish we could wear the all black unis more often.

They wore black on the darkest day in Ravens history - Sept 11th 2005, home opener against the Irsays. That's the night hundreds of so-called Ravens fans cheered lustily for an injury to one of our own players. :(

Ravens Fans have done well this year. We're making a comeback from that embarrassment but we still have a long way to go. I don't want any reminders of that terrible game or that terrible season to screw up the mojo we have going now.

We haven't worn black all year and we're 12-3.

The Black unis are pretty kewl in my book...They do need a few adjustments here and there, but overall, I like them...

Looks like we're gonna be "Back in Black" this Sunday, which means the Bills might end up "Thunderstruck"...:D

What happened to the rule that we didn't ask for permission in time to wear them this season? And Nestor was right and Bart Scott wrong. Scott said we were wearing them in the playoffs, Nestor said this week.

I bet the NFL gave in to the uni change for the sudden game time change. As for the all-blacks, I love the jersey, hate the pants and shoes (white shoes and leotards). I think the black jerseys would look good with our white pants. I was worried about the change until I realized our superstitions haven't been very accurate this year, we have won away in purple (TB) home in purple, home in white (OAK) and way in white. For once, I am not superstitious about the uni.

I'm starting to get that sick feeling in my stomach. I've tried to remain calm this entire week and now I'm starting to lose it. I'm not sure I'm going to be able to sleep worrying about this game on Sunday. I have become consumed and obsessed. This does not bode well for my family life or work :nerd:

Now that I've reached out to a Raven Brother in horrible, desperate need, I'll say that I like the black uniforms as long as we don't wear them to often. I like the whole "black out" thing y'all do where the fans wear black shirts as well.

You should have seen her reaction when I asked her if I should wear my black jersey to the game instead of the purple Ed Reed Wal Mart special I bought several weeks ago.:grbac:
