BALTIMORE - Their motivation isn't to get into the playoffs. That's already a given. The Baltimore Ravens are playing for a week off and an easier route to the Super Bowl, so coach Brian Billick won't need to devise a rousing pregame speech Sunday to get the team fired up to face the Buffalo Bills.
