I think you guys will have fun reading what we were predicting for the coming season.

The funniest thing, looking back, is that someone predicted a 13-3 record and us going to the Super Bowl, and the reply was the "past the crack you are smoking."

Mr. T., you should listen to your heart more.

That was funny. I think Losac owes Ravensfan86 an apology

I predicted them as being 10-6 this year with a Wild Card Playoff Appearance, I'm sorry I underestimated them.

that is freaky, I just hope the retirement predictions aren't so spot on (he also predicts Ray, J.O., and McNair to retire)

If you guys get a chance, go back and read some of our comments during the training camps and preseason.

It seems like yesterday we were talking training camp. I also can't believe how far this board has come.

For example, it turns out that our RB depth would pay off, although I predicted that our running game would be more of a factor than it turned out to be.

I wasn't here then, but I figured they'd be 9-7, or 10-6 at best, beating Cleveland twice, and splitting with Pittsburgh & Cinci. But under the circumstances, I'm not "sorry" about my prediction -- who could possibly have known that Billick would finally cut Fassell loose? It's impossible to know now, but I bet if he hadn't, we WOULD have only achieved a 9-7 or 10-6 record AT BEST. I give a lot of credit to BB for our team's success this year. And obviously to McNair. Now it's REALLY getting exciting!

Ravensfan86 & Mr. T's heart, 13-3 predictions!

I didn't contribute to that thread, but I know I thought we would be a wildcard playoff team. I didn't think Palmer would really be ready to play, and would get re-injured. I thought the defending SB champs would at least take their division this year.
I'm so happy I was wrong!
Cinci & Pitts both sitting home watching the playoffs on TV, While we have the # 2 seed, a bye week, and at least 1 home playoff game. At this point in time, It Doesn't Get Much Sweeter Than That!

I'd have been jumping for joy with 10-6 and a wild card spot. 2006 is definitely starting to feel like destiny.
