OWINGS MILLS -- In the searing Georgia heat, during torturous summer workouts with Jamal Lewis, Ovie Mughelli envisioned himself making a groundswell change. Mughelli wanted to establish himself as a legitimate NFL starter capable of being more than a special-teams standout.
