Everyone is saying the Rolle vs Wayne matchup is our D's weak link. I think the better matchup for us would be to put C-Mac on Wayne and Rolle on Harrison with safety help. I think with C-Macs size and physicallity he could take Wayne out of the game. He also doesnt necessarily excel vs the best route runners. Harrison is a precise route runner but not real physical which I think Rolle is better suited for.
Thoughts?

That is a very good analysis. However, you have not yet accounted for Clark, Moorehead or Utecht.
This is gonna be fun :)

Colts1, the Ravens defense has proven successful this year at containing big TE-type receivers. Between CLE, SD and KC we've seen our share.
Your confidence here and your compatriots' overconfidence on their boards surprises me. I get the strong feeling you all have not watched much Ravens football this year, because you seem to think we are the '05 Ravens. I shouldn't be surprised, it makes sense.
Do the people of Indianapolis set fire to cars when their sports teams disappoint them? I know it happens in some college towns, and in Montreal with the Canadiens.

I think most Indy fans are forgetting that Baltimore has the most versatile linebaking corp in football...Adalius Thomas successfully jammed and covered Chad Johnson, and Clark, Moorehead, and Utecht are, obviously, not Chad Johnson by any stretch of the imagination...Let's not forget Baltimores nickel and dime backs either...guys like Corey Ivy and Ronnie Prude made the #1 QB in the NFL(Drew Brees) look like a 2nd string high school QB. The bottom line is, you could have the 5 best receivers in the entire world, Peyton will have a hard time hitting them from the dirt...and any Indy fan who thinks Jeff Saturday and his banged up O-line can stop a Ravens pash rush needs to start checking their stats...Pittsburgh's O-line is considered pretty good right??:hammer:

I think that Harrison is Manning's primary target and needs to be covered by the better player, who is Mcalister. Rolle has a tendency to get toasted on some of his coverages due to his slight decline in speed. While I believe Rolle is a capable cover against Harrison, I think the Ravens would be the most efficient in covering Harrison with C-Mac.
