Is there a convenient way to find the current market value of PSLs? I am considering buying a couple more seats for 2009, found an offer which appears attractive, but I's like to survey the market.

Ebay and StubHub .... they can both show you historical prices over the past few months.

I think hands down the best is the Ravens PSL marketplace, it allows you to view previously sold PSL's so you can see what they went for (I know ebay does to but they don't have as many listings as the marketplace), and also I believe how long they've been for sale. So if someone is asking something high you will know it if it has lasted for a long time. The good deals don't last very long. However, with this economy I would imagine it would be a buyers market so the good deals can turn into great deals.

I've pretty much relegated myself to the fact that I will never own PSL's so I don't check the PSL marketplace that much any more.

T- I know this probably don't help you, but my PSL value is locked in since I can only sell my seats back to the Ravens (Handicap). That could be good, or bad. But it's nice to know that if I'm ever in a pinch (Which should be never), that they have to buy them at there listed value, which would generally be on the high side.

PSL marketplace.

They provide a ton of data about current PSLs for sale and previous sales. They break it down by price level too.

Mr T.

Honestly the market price is more based on Location and Row and number of seats then the section. Low rows with 4 seats get more then just 2 seats, however the further you go back in the row the less they get. Look at pslravens.com and you can see the high side of the market. He just buys and sells.

Lower endzones near the Light Rail have been getting $5,000 per seat in pairs, $6,000 plus for 4 next to each other and sometimes not even getting the $2,500 (face) for singles.

They move all over and it is worst then the stock market ! LOL

Good Luck !

Just looked at the marketplace for the first time ....

That's a great tool! I wish I had seen the ad for the dude who sold 4 seats in 123, Row 10 for $10K .... I would have gladly bought those!

I'm looking to unload my 4 seats and move around to the upperdeck sidelines.

I have 4 together in Row 8 of 543 and was recently offered 10,000 for the four. Until I can find replacements, I can't drop the hammer.

The usual going rate is about 2 to 2.5 times the current PSL cost.

Mr T, I need 4 what do you have?

Steve: I am buying two 30-yard line clubs, at a fraction of what was listed at http://ravens.seasonticketrights.com...ts.aspx?lid=32. This will help appease the females in my family who stopped attending after it got cold (except for the Redskins game, when I bought them club seats). Thanks for all the info from you guys above. I went ahead and closed the deal this afternoon.

As to my existing seats, we have five of thirteen total in Section 528, split among three families. The seats are intertwined - nine in Row 1, four in row 22. I frankly hadn't given any thought to selling any of the five that we use, since all my kids have gotten into attending many of the games. This club seat deal came to my attention a few days ago and I just pounced on it. If I did sell, I would have to give first dibs to the other two families. Not likely that I would sell, but I will float the idea. If I do sell, it would be the seats at row 22, and I would sell to you at whatever the going rate is.

What can I tell you? I have four adult children + husbands/girlfriend. My business associates, my friends (well, I do have at least one friend), relatives, kids friends. The demand is there!

Expensive hobby, true, but then again I don't gamble or play golf!

Does he want more parking? We still have not sold out our new tailgate lot, although many are kicking the tires.

I know it sounds crazy but people are really buying these seats like this. In section 113 (after the band was moved over) Row 21 was getting $5,000 per PSL in pairs so 2 for $10K ! and a guy in Row 3 sold his (he just got them off the LIST then) for $25,000 for 2 seats !! So 19 rows will cost you $15,000 !!

Crazy !!! and to think I bitched at the $960? cost ! LOL

Drkraven

We bitched about 500 a PSL, now I wish we bought the whole damn row instead of 3.
