I think this is hilarious. I honestly don't care who picks the Colts and who picks the Ravens. It is just an opinion and you know what they are like. The funny part is that if this game was last week more people would have chosen the Ravens over the Colts. But since the Colts defense "shutdown" the Chiefs, all of a sudden they are the favorites again. I guess their 32nd ranking in defense during the regular season is forgotten now that they had 1 good game against a mediocre team.

Not only a mediocre team, but one that let the Colts stop them by failing to make the Colts pay for stacking the box. Yet the Colts now suddenly get all kinds of credit for a great run defense ...
This "analysis" is idiotic. At home, after a bye, exploiting Indy's defense with a balanced, time-consuming attack and keeping a steady, tough pass rush on Manning, the Ravens are more likely to win. That's why we're favored and most national commentators appear to be picking us.
But it's possible the Colts could win. If they do, it would probably be because of big plays given up by our secondary, Manning limiting turnovers, and our offense stalling in the red zone.
It would not be because of Joseph Addai, "momentum," and Manning wanting it more, which is their rationale.
Addai is not going to win this for the Colts - no one has run on us with any success, especially not at home. Momentum??? This is laughable - they let the Chiefs hang in there till the 4thQ last week at home and are coming off a terrible December and 4 road losses. And "Manning wanting it more?" You think he really wants it more than Steve McNair, who came up a yard short, and other guys whose window is closing?
I've never heard of "The Sports Network." I can see why. How do these people do this for a living??

we have been the underdogs since 96, whats new? We play best with the "they wont give us respect, lets take it" attitude!

Our Defense only gave up 10.8 points per game at home this year. Yet the Colts are going to find away to score 24. I dont think so, especially with Peyton Big Game Choke Manning. Manning has choked against every single good D he went up against in the post season and our Defense if the biggest and badest he has ever played. He actually choked against the worthless Chiefs Defense by throwing 3 interceptions. The only reason we dont hear about that is because the Colts won.

I was a little worried that we were the favorites -- then I went to ESPN and saw that the majority of the writers were picking the Colts.
Phew -- I feel better -- want us to be an underdog all the way up to the Super Bowl -- including our game next week with New England AT BALTIMORE:thumbup:
