How much does it suck getting a SECOND PLACE finish and having to play the Colts and Patriots (who are consistently good) while the first place Steelers get the Titans and Dolphins (who knows how they will look next year?) I don't like it.

Why do we keep getting matched up with the Freaking Colts.... How many years in a row is that now?
...And we get Oakland And San Diego on the road, so two west coast trips.

Based on this year's finish. We were scheduled to play the AFC South team who finishes the same place as us at home. We finished second and so did the Colts.

Well, while that is true, we also have the Packers, Raiders, and Vikings on the road, and the Chiefs, Bears, and LIONS at home.
It's not like we're facing the cream of the crop of the NFL next year. We should have some good wins.

Can't say I'm too bummbed about the SD game. I just might be able to talk my brother into buying me and The Wife(tm) Tickets. Last time we went to SD it was the week The Spawnling(baby) was due.
I do like a lot of the home games. We should have some very good looking home game stats.

True, looks good on paper now, but just look at how fast the Dolphins, Falcons, and even our Ravens turned it around after horrible seasons. If the Raiders, Chiefs or Lions make some good personnel moves this offseason they may not be gimmies.

Unless Oakland has someone besides Davis in charge... they should still be a mess.

I'm going to go on record now as saying the Lions are not going to make enough personnel changes to reverse years of losing. They need some time, a QB , some WR's, and a defense. They are the Orioles of Football.
The Raiders aren't going to get any better.
The Chiefs would be the one team that MIGHT improve enough to give us a game. Tyler Thigpen looked pretty good coming down the stretch.

Let's send them our 1st round pick for Calvin Johnson.
I think I'm going to try and get to Green Bay somehow for a game....hopefully a game in the fall when it's somewhat warm up their.

Why the bitching?
I want to play the good teams. Bring on the Colts! Besides, the rest of the schedule is looking pretty damn sweet.
I am going to Green Bay somehow.

I want to go to Grenn Bay in mid december, take my shirt off and act like an idiot.

Not me. I prefer the warmth of Under Armour.

Only 3 elite teams on our schedule, the way I see it (4 games): Pitt, NE and Indy. Of course, we can't tell how good the teams will be, but if we can make the playoffs with the brutal schedule we had this year, I can't see why they're not possible next year either

Can we request our 2 west coast games be back to back so we can stay out there? The Patriots asked for & got to do it this year, so why can't we?

Everyone complained about us vs. NFC East this year and we went 3 - 1 againts them. Also, who would have thought Miami would be 11 - 5, and Cleavland be 4 - 12.
It's pointless to worry about it. The west coast trips will be tough, just like it is for anyone to fly that far and get their body in order for an athletic event.
Personally, I have a feeling Oakland will be legit next year, but the Colts or Pats and Chargers may have seen their best days by that time. The Packers will probably be better, and the Vikings will probably stumble.
And if we have a significant injury (i.e. - Flacco) our whole season may change. You never know this far out. It's becoming more and more a week to week league.

Because we are the Ravens. You know somehow or another we will get screwed like having to play Pittsburgh on Sunday night where both teams always get banged up and then have to play San Diego on Thursday night.:(
