Crap is right. That's a big show to fill. We've said this all season...next man up! Come on Jameel and Edgar...time to step it up.

If he is not healthy he shouldn't play, I rather have a healthy 2 armed LB who will help us. I don't want this to be a weakness where the Squeelers take advantage of. I think Mclain will do fine he has looked good so far.

Crap, the line should move to 9 now...

Let's hope McClain is the next great backer in the wings...

As sad as this is I still love this quote from Suggs.
"It's my shoulder, and I definitely don't want to mess it up more than it already is. There's a big chance it could get worse, especially in this smash-mouth game. We're not playing Indy, we're not playing a finesse team here. We're playing a team that has the exact identity as us.

Way to stick it to Indy...

Yeah Sizzle, talk shit on Indy, a team we haven't been able to beat since what, 2001? Sometimes that guy sounds like he has rocks in his head.

Fair enough he's got a lot of money to protect and I suspected from the talk early in the week that this was more serious than a "sprain", but dear god I'd love to see him visited by the "ghost" of Peter Boulware between now and Sunday.

Give Suggs a break. He's entertaining. He's also a great player.

I wonder if Harbaugh is on board with what looks like a charade.

Im on the fence whether I think this is an act or for real,it just looked WAY to "set up" with the sling, the "down attitude" and what not.

I dont know,we shall see.

Honestly, ABSOLUTELY zero chance that isn't an act. I have NEVER seen Suggs act that coy or fake sad. Guaranteed this is all a ruse.

I think he is going to play. The Ravens are making it to seem like he will not play. Suggs wants to and is going to play, IMO.

Well, remember the stunts he pulled in the preseason with Troy Smith and Kyle Boller.

I'm sure Harbaugh isn't all that upset about it.

I just saw the video. Suggs looks pretty serious in this video...I don't see much joking around.

There were some rumors on talk radio that....I think it was Tom Matte... that saw Suggs laughing and put his arm above his head without a problem. My guess though is that was incorrect and he is out on Sunday. That being said, I still can't fathom why, if that was true, that the Ravens would let him do this interview.

I just seen the interview with Suggs. Now, he has me up in the air on weather he is playing, or not. I agree with what he says though. If he is going to "hinder" the team then he shouldn't play. If this is, in fact real, then he showed alot of character. I know that if i was hurt for a big game like this one, I'd be pretty down myself.

Suggs will play. I think they are playing games.

I can't imagine him not playing.

Rolle, OTOH, is more of a concern. :(

I think its a ruse... Why would the Ravens have Suggs give an interview to announce that he is really hurt and doesnt expect to play. Not the modus operandi of a Harbaugh run team. Now, Rolle not giving interviews... that is the guy you would say is most likely out.

I just saw the press conference on NFL Total Access a few hours ago where he had his arm in the sling and was talking down his chances of playing.

I spent most of it laughing because that face was so put on. He looked like a kid that'd had his lunch money taken. I like to think in the event of a real injury he'd look frustrated, and furrow-browed, not standing there with puppy dog eyes.
