Dear Friends,
Would anyone like to join me tomorrow morning for a 5 K Race to benefit amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS) research?

If you aren't inspired by this man's courage, humility, and optimism then you better check your pulse. If you can't make it due to the late notice it is certainly understandable. But if you can't, please consider even a small donation. I know times are tough, just like they are for OJ and all afflicted with this wretched, debilitating disease. Every dollar counts.
Personally I'm upset with myself that I wasn't on this earlier. Yet in my heart and soul I know that this experience will resonate forever and I will be so happy that I gave a few hours of my time and a few dollars that I know we could all use.
