How can a guy with that much money have a suspended license? Also, even if his license is suspended, he can't hire a driver? Stupid.
Marvin will have his work cut out for him.

Note he *did* have a driver. In fact, it was his driver who had the suspended license!

Very true, he was charged with the possession of the pot. Marvin's 0 tolerence is for a guy they can get by without (like Ralph Staten here), not for an important 1st rounder who they have invested in.
