Just a couple things...first off.

Congrats on 800th catch! I like how humble he is, but that is a nice accomplishment.

His comments are priceless in the postgame conference, talking about how everyone tries to label him a possession WR and put him in a box, but he can do pretty much anything, and it's comments like that making me wonder if he still comes back after this year. He might still have something in the tank.

What REALLY impressed me was this comment, following those:

"...and when you have a QB like Joe, you can do anything really. You can run a 5 yard route, or a 50 yard route, he's going to get the ball to you"

I LOVE how he makes sure to talk up his teammates and his QB.

Derrick Mason is a class act through and through, we are going to miss him just as much off the field as on the field when he does retire.

I think we should throw a 3yr deal his way with an option to cut after next year. Not only will he be valuable catching the ball next year but also mentoring any rookie wideout we draft this year.

D Mace is my Favorite Raven, for all of the reasons cited above, and then some. If we had 22 D Masons on this team, we would be perennial SB contenders. He plays with Heart, Toughness, both mental and physical, and is one Hell of a competitor! Retaining him was the biggest offseason acquisition this team made.
