And the boos are coming down hard in New York.

8-23

91 yards

4 INT's.

Just took about a 15 yd sack deep in his own territory to set up a 3rd and 24.

And the sad part is that they are still tied with Buffalo.

That honeymoon up there in the Big Apple is gonna come to a crashing hault in about a minute or so.
Both the Rex Ryan and Sanchez fever could be on serious shaking ground right now. LOL

Find it kind of weird that a team in the AFC east picks a QB that high that has never played a game in temps below 55.

Reminds me of Boller here.

Certainly time will tell, but right now it looks a little suspect considering how often he will have to play in less then desirable weather in that division.

Who has their backup 7th rounder in the game at QB since the first drive.

46 yard game winner missed by a good veteran kicker.

Imagine that.

Sanchez is overrated. It was only a matter of time perform the emotional high from Rex wear off. No USC QB, except for Carson Palmer, makes it in the NFL.

So let me understand this:

Flacco posts amazing numbers today and a 109.15Qb rating and loses.

Sanchez stinks up the place, gets booed, throws 4 picks and has a QB rating of around 13.36, and is going to likely come away with a win.

This NFL Sunday is making me absolutely sick.

Yeah, they pansied around wasting time before a long FG too. Great.

Just goes to show.

4th and 13 and you run a fake FG! Rex is retarded.

WTF was Rex thinking?!?!?!?!

4th and a mile and you fake it?!?!?!

Holy Shit he did not just make that call.

Should have pooched it, there was no way Feely was making that from 50.

Cost them about 25 yds in field position.

I don't think it was intentional...

It wasn't a designed fake. THe holder mishandled the snap and tried to make something of it. He couldn't get the ball down in time, it's not a call from Rex.

Yeah both of you are right. Sorry Rex. The Jets are beating themselves with those penatlys. Reminds me of our Defense.

Doesn't appear that Buffalo wants to win this game either.

Anyone else noticing a certain Jets LB not getting his name mentioned that much?

5 INT's?????

OMG.

Come on Buffalo if you win I will feel a little better since I had the Jets in one of my large bets to win.

That's the difference between Flacco and Sanchez. He never lost a game for us last year or had an eruption of interceptions like this. Gotta love our QB situation.

That's a catch dammit!!!

No conclusive evidence to overturn it.

Game over.

Shut up Fouts the refs are probably listening.

Beautiful.

Now I don't feel so bad, and the Jets are 3-3 just like us.

They lost at home to the Bills with a backup QB no less.....just terrible.

StingerNLG
10-18-2009, 07:12 PM

Didn't we miss Rex Ryan too?

Flacco had some real tough days...no 5 INT days, but we also ran it a lot more than the Jets do.

Sanchez has shown the flashes, but it's up to Rex and Brian Schottenheimer to remember to PROTECT their young QB...letting him have these kind of days doesn't teach him much other than to be timid.

Questions about Sanchez in the cold and wind of New York will start to arise, he had a few floaters today up for grabs.

That was he only knock on him coming out, did not have the strongest of arms.

This aint Southern California anymore...

Ryan thought about pulling Sanchez

Posted by Gregg Rosenthal on October 18, 2009 8:42 PM ET

Anyone expecting Jets coach Rex Ryan to erupt after Sunday's loss to the Bills came away disappointed.

Despite a crushing 16-13 overtime loss at home to the Bills, Ryan calmly said he was still confident in his football team. (Right out of the old Parcells/Belichick handbook: build them up when they are down, hammer mistakes when they win.)

Ryan also said that he considered taking Mark Sanchez out during his five interception performance.

"I thought about pulling him," Ryan said. "I still . . . I believe in him. I thought he bounced back. I thought he gives us the best chance to win and he'll remain our quarterback."

Asked about one of his interceptions, Sanchez initially couldn't keep them straight.

"I have to think about how many picks I had . . . that's usually not good."

Not good when you can't keep track of your INT's.

The jets have a solid running game. They went for like 300 yards rushing today against the bills.

Not good when you can't keep track of your INT's.

You can bet the coaches will make him remember each of his INTs...
