Anyone else watching this one?

Colt looking shaky and Nebraska's D is looking pretty tough.

Oh man, I hope Nebraska pulls this out and sends the BCS into a tailspin.

On a side note, today would make Tech's loss to Alabama and win against the Huskers look better.

Any normal day, I would be on board with the BCS chaos theory.

However, I have adopted the Longhorns since moving to Texas. :D

I would love to see TCU or Boise State (looking pretty good seeing that they beat Oregon, who ended up in the Rose Bowl. Only in the BCS will an undefeated team with a head-to-head tiebreaker on a team possibly not go to a better bowl than them) in the nat'l championship. But... I am suspicious that they might vote in one of the one-loss teams into the title game even if UT loses.

There would be no better way to show people that the BCS needs to go in favor of a playoff if TCU backs its way into the National Championship game and gets stomped by Alabama.

And I don't want to hear that TCU is among the best five teams in the country. They have played the equivalent of 10 games against the Lions/Browns. Boise State at least has one win against a good team. Cincinnati at least plays in a somewhat legitimate conference.

I would rather get Suh somehow to the Ravens than Peppers. That guy may be the best DT prospect I have ever seen. He is like a big John Randall or a slimmer bigger Warren Sapp.

The rest of the DL in this game are pretty awsome as well, or the O lines are terrible. I love this kind of football though.

It is wild the big 12 is having a defensive shootout after the big east had a wild 45-44 thiller. Great day for college football.

I wouldn't be surprised if he was a Top-5 pick! The dude is a baller and its a shame Nebraska's O is atrocious...if they had a QB who could pass and/or had an average "O" they'd destroy Texas IMO!!

There is a distinct possibility that Suh goes #1 overall. I would go as far as to say that he's pretty much the consensus top pick right now, with McCoy from Alabama at a distant #2.

We've got a snowball's chance in hell at getting anywhere near this guy.

Wow...Their kicker Henery made a Clutch kick to give Nebraska the lead...and procedes to kick it out of bounds on the kickoff! :grbac:

I got up to take a squirt and didn't realize it wasn't him....either way, Texas is gonna have their ass handed to them by Alabama. It won't even be close if Texas plays like they did tonight...

They got a lot of questionable calls all night too. I thought the game was over when the clock hit 0. There may have been a slpit second left on the clock when the ball hit the ground, but the refs still have to blow the whistle after they see it, which is why it got to 0 before the replay.

Bama would crush them. I would like to see Cincy or TCU get a shot, but this would be a great season for the +1 scenario where the winner of Bama Texas plays the winner of Cincy TCU or they just call them co champs or whatever. Undefeated is undefeated.

Did you see the Cinci vs Pitt game? That was another fantastic college football game. Also, Mardy Gilyard would look fantastic in purple and black! Not sure what round.

By the way, the way Nebraska played last night makes the Hokies squeaking out a win at home against them look pretty good!

Gilyard is a possibility in the second round for us, but I'd much rather have a few of the bigger WR's if they are still available. Guys like Arrelious Benn and Demaryius Thomas would be great targets for us, they may be underrated because they come from run-oriented offenses.

Yeah, that win against Nebraska was a good one. Too bad we shit down our legs against UNC.

I really like Thomas from GT. That guy is a freaking beast. He is bigger than most TEs, but has very good hands and run after the catch ability. As much as I like watching GT run that version of the option, they should have been throwing that guy the ball a lot more often.

This Wr class looks crazy deep though. There are a lot of good looking big guys and crazy shifty and fast guys. I liked Dez Bryant the best because he seems to have a combo. Shipley from Texas looks like a big Wes Welker. He runs bubble screens, punt returns and crossing routes like a little guy, but can also go vertical and get up for the ball in traffic.

Throw in Decker from Minnesota, Lafell from LSU, Williams from USC, Tate from ND, and Alexander from Missouri along with the guys we have mentioned, and that has the looks of a pretty solid class. I would rather wait until the second round and try to get two of these guys. If we could snag two of these guys in rounds two and three, that would be awesome.

I had so many BAD Boller-era flashbacks watching that Nebraska team go to "work".
