Need a big play?

Throw it Walker’s way!

Why not?

If your receiver doesn’t make a nice play on the ball the side judge will give you a nice break on the call. When Tom Brady comes up to the line of scrimmage on Sunday, what is the first thing he’ll be looking for?

No. 41 of course!

And this leads me to believe that the Ravens need to make a change with Walker... (http://ravens24x7.blogspot.com/2010/01/reputation-influences-officiating.html);)

This is no time for half-measures, so why stop with changing Walker's name & number? There's a lot of potential here...

Let's really psyche out the Pats and have Chris Carr wear an Asante Samuel jersey, Trevor Pryce a Richard Seymour jersey, and for good measure, give Paul Kruger a few snaps sporting a Mike Vrabel jersey. Then, just when Belicheck is in the midst of complaining to the refs, everybody swap!

On second thought, how 'bout we just make Frank Walker's jersey a straitjacket? No reason they can't put a name & number on one of those.

He should change his #41. That is more like a SS or FB # or the 6th or 7th Cb in camp.

I think he just needs to change up when, where and how he puts his hands on the WR. He is the only guy we have on teh team I would want to be jamming Randy Moss at the line all day with 2 guys helping one accross the middle and one over the top. Maybe even have Frank just jam him then drop him off and play the flat zone.

Frank Walker has looked pretty good at press coverage from time to time. Last year I am pretty sure he was pressing Braylon Edwards and Kellen Winslow effectivly at the line then passing them off to waiting LBs and saftey help.

Not bad. What's Spanish for "Flag Magnet"?

I know of "a change that could help the Ravens' Frank Walker"... a change of profession. That would be a mutually beneficial decision for Walker and the Ravens.

You might be on to something here. Let's consider a few possible career alternatives for good ol' Flag Magnet:

1) Pro kickboxer
2) Private Investigator (doubly suitable since having "PI" after his name won't just mean "pass interference" anymore)
3) Ambassador to Iran ...oh wait, we have no diplomatic relations there...
4) Security guard for Blackwater
5) Bodyguard for any celebrity bothered by papparazzi

Any others?
