This article explains why I'm so amped for the 2010 season. Mark my words this will be Joe's breakout season.

Mason no longer being the number 1 is a huge thing.
And better we now have some credible redzone targets beyond Heap.

Yeah, this should be a great year for Natty Joe!!! When we are in the red zone, we need Boldin, Heap, Dickson, and Pitta on the field!!!! So many options to throw the fade to. We will look like the Chargers out there!! I can't wait!

To add to what has been said, there are more advantages to having Mason as the second read.
Joe has had 2 years experience with him, and should know exactly where to look for him and where to put the ball as soon as he sees him.
With Boldin, Joe knows about where he will be and has to estimate where the ball should be, at least early until they learn each other.
So the second read should happen lightening fast allowing Joe to quickly release or go to the third read. If its Donte then he must evaluate but Rice is in a known spot for a dump or throw away.
Yep, expecting to watch an O like we haven't seen here in a long time.

We could possibly be seeing the Ravens WRs for a while. Boldin will be here, depending on how Stallworth plays, he could end up our #2, Clayton could stay on as our slot guy. Mason will be done either this coming year or the next but either way, our offense THIS year, looks to have AMAZING potential.

Agreed! This is why I am so amped up for this year. I distinctly remember a play against Oakland where the camera angle showed what Joe was looking at...there were two out patterns on each side of the field and NO ONE in the middle! That changing will be a big step in the offense going to the next level...

We have some chain movers, a guy like Boldin excels after the catch. Dickson will stretch the seam, Pitta will kill defenses underneath. Mason will be Mason, we all know what he can do. We will be a really good offensive team but i think the Wildcard is Stallworth. If he can make it thru healthy and stretch the field then opposing defenses have trouble. I still think teams will try jam WR's and sit on routes like last year but if Dickson can stretch the seam and Stallworth can stay healthy and do what he does then we can be a great offense. I know alot of people have issues with the draft and the fact that we didnt get a corner but overall we still got better on defense and we have never had these kind of offensive weapons in our history, this should relieve some of the pressure on the D.

I see very little chance that both Clayton and Stallworth would be back. Neither are signed beyone this year, so both will be available on the free market.

Agree and am psyched.
Also, let's not forget our running game. If strong safeties are not willing to stack the box due to our passing game and LB's are on their heels looking for the pass, Ray Rice and company should have even bigger lanes to run through.
The O-line has had a couple of seasons now to really gel. It takes a lot of reps for an O-line to really learn to play as a unit. Will their experience take them up another notch this year? I would't be shocked to see that happen.

To piggy back off this remember we are getting a great blocker in Boldin as well, Rice broke off enough long runs last year, i'd imagine we will see a few more

With Clayton being demoted to 4th WR, he won't have the numbers to justify a big payday from anyone. Here, Mark would be EXACTLY what he is: a slot (#3) receiver, that can step up if a starter gets injured. My guess is, he'll just be happy to be on the roster. Stallworth could be back, depending on how he plays and what Mason does. If Stallworth plays well enough to be a #2 and Mason retires, yeah, he'll be here.
