Guys, its called "low risk, high reward". He's probably not gonna get big time money and if he can pick off a pass or two and return a couple punts or kicks halfway down the field, then the Bungles just upgraded their roster.

I agree. It's a great football decision if PacMan has retained some of his former skills.

While I agree it's a low risk move, I'm not at all convinced that he's an upgrade. He hasn't played at all in two of the past three seasons. Apparently no one but the Bengals were interested in him -- I dunno, I guess we'll see.
