I dunno how many we need, but I do know that we definitely needed this thread. (The bolding means its sarcasm!)

In an effort to redeem it, lets talk about stuff there is enough of already.

I for one think there are entirely too many vampire things in the media these days. I'm sick of Anne Rice, Twilight, True Blood, The Gates, and whatever other lame ass lip gloss vampire crap people are obsessed about.

(See how I called out the other lame thread recently posted WHILE calling out this thread? That's called multitasking people!)

What do you guys think there's enough of already?

Too much 2012 talk.

Too much talk about Shittsburgh and their shitty players.

Too much in the way of Rookie pay - a guy who has never played an NFL snap does not deserve $40million guaranteed.

Too much talk of England winning the world cup.

Too much English branding. I live in Scotland, I don't want my Mars Bars or Frijj milshakes draped in St George's crosses. If I was English I'm sure I would love this though.

This one is pre-emtive for what I'll hear as of Friday from Clive bloddy Tilsey, John Motson, Gary Linekar, Adrian Chiles, at al. TOO MUCH TALK OF 1966!!!!!!!

Rant over ;)

New healthcare Bill....All else falls on deaf ear

I'm not about to get into a political debate on this forum. Particularly about a president who is not my own. The whole post was a bit tongue in cheek.

Are you not from here? You just happen to be a fa of American football from across the pond? Why the Ravens?

Born and bred in Scotland. Started watching football as an excuse to avoid doing my homework one January night in 2001. The AFC Championship game was the first game I watched. Watch the SB and cheered on the Ravens although I wasn't technically a fan. When the next season rolled around I followed half heartedly for most of the season, but as it rolled on I found myself getting more and more into it. From the season after that (The cap hell year) I was completely hooked. It's now my favourite sport. Made my first trip over last year for the Browns game and I'm back again in September - although its the road game at the Jets I'm taking in this year.

There's quite a few of us on here from the UK and Ireland too.

My son will be two years old in three weeks and he's 3 feet tall.

I'm thinking in the year 2030, the Ravens can safely replace Ohre on the left side.

You guys are all way off. What this board really needs are lots & lots more Jared Gaither threads!!!!

BTW, there UKRG: I like your story about how you ended up following the Ravens. I'd always sort of believed that everyone over there considered American football either a) boring, b) incomprehensible, or c) both. Glad to see that's not always the case.
