View Full Version : Dear NFL: You Suck

So once again, I have to wait until kickoff to find out whether the out-of-region sports package I bought on Directv, which I specifically purchased because it has out-of-market channels that show things I want to watch despite the fact that I don't live in those markets, will show the game I want or not. And sure enough, comcast sportsnet is showing nothing, rather than the Ravens game, because apparently the NFL makes more money NOT showing me the game on the channel I'm paying for than it will if it DOES show it.
FUCK YOU NFL. FUCK YOU COMCAST SPORTSNET and FUCK YOU DIRECTV.
You should be happy I want to watch your preseason garbage at all. The fact that I paid for access to this channel means nothing.
I wish I could own a business where people pay for things, and I just tell them "oh sorry, Im not giving you that, but you still have to pay full price."
The NFL thinks its invincible, but it's a business just like everything else. You keep fucking people over for no reason, you will lose business.

I feel your pain, brother. I moved up to Princeton, NJ 2 years ago and had the same reaction when I first got DirecTV. Bunch of assholes!

I think there is a package on NFL.com that you can pay 30 bucks for and watch any game you want live.

- Call Direct TV.
- If you're a new NFL Sunday Ticket subscriber, tell them you want their offer for Superfan package upgrade for free for new subscribers.
- If you're a repeat, tell them you're upset that new subscribers get it and loyal ones don't and they should upgrade you for free.
- Watch Ravens games online on your computer with Superfan upgrade.
- Profit!

The blame falls solely on the NFL, Directv and CSN have to play by their rules...
