Senate split 50-50/GOP +9

I was about to concede the Senate with a 2-pt lead but now it's
tied up with GOP expected to take back the HOuse.

Real Clear says its 50-50 with +9 for the GOP.

51 seats are needed for a majority.

I might have to challenge this statement. When has the economy ever gone up? I mean it would have to rise in order to dip again, correct?
