Photoshop Artist Needed

We have a new page on 24x7 called the Media Watchdog (http://www.profootball24x7.com/column_view.php?cid=52&id=1256&view=archive).

I want to develop a caricature or animated media watchdog to include the Ravens colors, perhaps a pair of binoculars, newspaper and TV remote. I want the watchdog to look a bit mischievious but not menacing... Below is a decent example of what we'd like.

Chris, you've never seen my "artistic talents"....on Fridays in elementary school we always wrapped up the week with art class. I was the only one who preferred algebra.:crazy:
