Olson won again today in NFLE - 200 yards 2 TDs & 2 INTs (Oops...)

Just reading the article - it's impossible to know the circumstances of the INTs, hopefully Olson will learn and develop from the NFLE experience.

At a minimum with so many descent QBs in the camps - they should have live arms so that the coaches can evaluate them and the wide receivers.

WinRavensWin, I don't think you needed a 2d thread on this subject starting roughly 30 minutes after the first one.

I don't mean to sound harsh but c'mon.

Festus... ahhh... forget it... I don't want to lower myself to your level.

This is a Ravens informational forum... no one forced you to read the post... and from what I've read since you came on board... few really care what you think.

Have a nice day!

Not sure what I ever did to you, but try reading the rules (http://www.profootball24x7.com/forum/showthread.php?t=2), particularly Rule #3:
3. Try not to post redundant material. The moderators will merge such threads together or simply delete it.

I have no idea what you mean by "few really care," but you should also bear in mind
The #1 rule. NO PERSONAL ATTACKS.

I don't mind, though.

Have a nice day yourself!

Festivus is right...no need to start a new thread for this.

I haven't followed NFL Europe - how has Olsen performed overall this season? Was this particular game exceptional?

(Maybe this one can keep going as a discussion about Drew Olsen's performance, instead of yet another QB debate about who makes the roster among Smith, Finnerty, Boller, etc.)

In a word, he's doing ok

http://images.sportsline.com/images/nfleurope/weekone.pdf

certainly not lighting up the league, but he's not terrible either.

At the same point, this isn't like Rohan Davey, Delhomme, Warner, Kitna, Huard

Article about Davey (now in the AFL) http://www.nfleurope.com/news/story/8153603

Delhomme: http://www.infoplease.com/ipsa/A0778289.html

Warner: http://www.infoplease.com/ipsa/A0302561.html

Huard: same page as warner

Hell, Wuerffel had a better year: http://www.infoplease.com/ipsa/A0873508.html

Of course you never know, but as evidenced by the favorite of the 'ol ball coach, success in NFL europe doesn't mean a lot....though it certainly launched careers for Warner and his backup during his title run (Delhomme).

We'll have to evaluate Olson at the end of the year and see how things look.

Either way...comp % isn't bad...but int/td ratio isn't pretty at the moment.

Oh well....I follow the NFL a lot....he was on the pats and got assigned. Then proceeded to put up massive numbers in NFL europe and the whole hype machine was rolling full force then he disappeared.

Probably the whole New England thing.
