This is pretty much a spam post.
"ExSomnio" has registered on a mess of NFL team forums with this link.
The games are on torrent trackers but instead of a direct link this guy takes the links and puts them on his site for hits I guess.
Basically you have to register and log in to the tracker sites to see the torrents.
Some torrent sites are invite only.

It is copyright infringment. it is not legal.
It is a violation of the DRMA.

Technically posting youtube videos of game broadcasts and footage shot from staidum seats with cell phones are also illegal. But torrents are more aggregious of a violation.

It is copyright infringement and if it is just someone spamming I would just delete the thread. Better safe then sorry.
