As of right now the site says one test was clear and the results are pending on a second. It looks like they jumped the gun on this one.

His attorney will probably claim that Henry has a strong affinity for poppyseed bagels.

They are reporting on ESPN radio that he tested positive for an opiate, and could be facing jail time. His eight game suspension just got a lot longer.
It appears that the linked site started out saying he tested positive but then retracted and said test one was negative and the results of the second are pending.
If he has tested positive he is gone for at least a year, if not longer. Not to mention jail time.
