Yes, it did. The Sound guy at M&T always seemed to know the exact right time to play it. For instance, in the playoff game against Denver, it was played right after Jamal's TD to make it 21-3. It was essentially game over and the song was perfectly timed.

And, I swear the sun briefly came out at just about the same time also.

Or, at least, that's the way I've chosen to remember it! :D
