Thank goodness- because tht law has to be the most ridiculous law out there. I see the point, but come on.. in most cases, two men will say, "Alright, how many did you have? 3. Okay, how many did you have? 5. Okay 3 wins, you drive!"

And the passenger is just as guilty. Yeah it's his car, but wow, to be able to make TWO PEOPLE pay for ONE offense... just another excuse to rob tax payers of their money...

Anyway- good to know that the case was dropped. Mcnair seems to be one of the good guys- nice to see his name removed from the list of arrestees from over the off-season...
