Mark Clayton is now a blogger (link to his blog (http://yardbarker.com/users/MarkClayton)).

Why he's blogging: "I had a kid in the mall in Baltimore just stop and stare at me when I was checking out. He was right in front of me and it was to the point when he couldn't speak. I just said "what's up" and had a conversation with him. It was funny, but I never imagined anyone reacting like that to me. I want people to know that I'm just Mark. I happen to work in the entertainment business but I'm just a regular guy."

This is a really great think for Mark to do...not just for himself but for fans as well.

With the amount of good things Tony and Dev say about Mark on their show, it's very exciting to be able to hear more from such a great guy.

My source (former PR guy for one of the NFL teams, not the Ravens) says Clayton plans on using it a lot, and he's really excited about it.

Yeah, the dog days of summer are tough. But the truth is, no news is good news. Just ask the Atlanta Falcons.

A little *bump* because Mark's posted a little bit about his finger injury.

Great to have a blogger. I remember the Colts well. They had their share. Ravens need more IMO.:)

It pains me to read his writing: "So yes tomoro is my 1st scrimmage that ive participated in since ive been a raven... the first 2 years i had hamstring problems so it kept me from bein able to go thru the full trainin camp..."

Fortunately it doesn't pain me to watch him play football.
