This will not hurt them this year. They have been doing fine wihtout him. Now if Chris henry gets fined or suspended for bieng drunk in the car with Thurman and puking all over the street, that may affect them this year.

Bengals, are they trying to be the Ravens of old?

Good point. I hear quite a few people on the lakt radio shows saying that "Billick didn't win the Super Bowl, it was Marvin who did it". :rolling:

Well maybe it was Marvin's fault he had a bunch of guys acting like criminals during those years.

The ridiculous thing was that Chris Henry and another player were in the car as well -- apparently they were even more intoxicated and gave the keys to Thurman as he had the least to drink. :grbac:

That train will run off the tracks before the end of the year.

Marvin Lewis needs to learn that he can't change these players

Henry is on probation that include avoiding alchohol. There were reports he puked at the sobriety checkpoint because he was so intoxicated. It is up to the judge but he could be sitting on ice the rest of the season. Rookie WR Reggie McNeil was the other passenger.

That was exactly what I was thinking.

The correlation is STAGGERING...

Marvin Lewis, 2000 = Ravens run rampant with bad behaviour
Marvin Lewis, Bengals "new" era = run rampant with bad behaviour

Bengal fans were ready to throw Henry under the bus in the offseason.

Now that he has been producing they can overlook his issues. Atleast we stand by our guys when they are in trouble.

kiwiraven,

Are you yet another international poster? I couldnt help but notice your spelling of "behavior".

You know you throw loads of money at young kids with a low IQ.And they just go into, To Fast & Furious mode.I can't blame them, cause I'd probably do the same in their shoes.Only with that money,I'd pay someone to drink orange juice and do the driving.

Thurman has shown the Bengals FO that he doesn't give a damn about them or the team.Another waste of great football talent.

[Kiwi introduced himself in the Introduction thread.Welcome from the land of the Lord of the Rings].

Yeah but who will step up next for the Bengals.
